Keynote speaker Allan Atzrott has served as President and CEO of St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital since 2000, bringing with him more than 30 years of health care leadership experience. Under his direction, St. Luke’s Hospital in Newburgh and The Cornwall Hospital in Cornwall merged in January 2002 to begin the creation of an integrated health care delivery system. His extensive knowledge of health care management issues has enabled Atzrott to position St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital for today’s competitive health care environment. Atzrott earned a Master's of Hospital Administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA), is a Board member of the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS), the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of the Northern Metropolitan Hospital Association (NorMet), a member of the American Hospital Association (AHA) Regional Board and serves on several community and professional boards.
